What we produce

Lumber for any project

Softwood and hardwood species: pine, spruce, birch, larch, aspen, oak. Any degree of moisture and finishing — from framing to final finishing.

Edged & unedged boards

Natural moisture, softwood and hardwood, grade 1–2. For framing, rafters, battening and rough work.

Structural

Kiln-dried timber

Kiln drying from 4% to 18% moisture in our own chambers. Stable geometry — the material does not warp.

Kiln drying

Planed products

Lining board, faux beam siding, flooring board, profiled board. Planed on all four sides — ready to install.

Final finishing

Beams & battens

Beams of any cross-section and mounting battens for battening and counter-battening. Natural moisture or kiln-dried.

Load-bearing elements

Plywood

We will select and supply plywood for your task — formwork, subfloors, sheathing, furniture. Confirm the grade and thickness for your volume.

Full-cycle wood processing production

TD Zachin LLC is a reliable supplier of quality lumber in the Nizhny Novgorod Region and beyond. We specialise in producing edged and unedged boards of various sizes and grades, as well as planed products.

Sawing is done on modern circular-saw lines, drying in six chambers (including Austrian MUHL BOCK units), planing on a six-spindle machine that processes all four sides at once, and trimming on an automatic optimisation line. This is what delivers precise geometry and GOST-grade quality.

Closed-loop
production

We take a resource from the forest — and give it back. We restore plantings, and instead of sending sawing waste to landfill we turn it into wood chips and heat. Nothing excess, nothing wasted.

We plant trees

We restore the forest — planting young trees to replace those processed, so the resource does not run out and the forest stays a forest.

Waste-free processing

Sawdust, slabs and offcuts go not to a dump but into wood chips. Every cubic metre of timber is used to the fullest — with no waste.

Wood-chip boiler houses

We use these wood chips to fire our own boiler houses and drying chambers. Heat from waste, not from fuel burned for nothing.

We take from the forest — and give back: sawing waste becomes heat, and new trees are planted where felled ones stood.
